I am your personal contact and, together with a team of selected local partners, I will look after your property, help you plan your leisure activities and assist you with any queries you may have. 

What make me stand out is my personal contact with each of our customers, my attention to detail, my focus on solutions, my responsibility towards customers and partners and the high quality, reliability and professionalism of my work. 


Born in Argentina, my professional path led me to Europe. I studied and worked in Spain and Germany and have now lived on this beautiful island that I call home for over 7 years. Through my many years of experience in project management, concierge service and yacht charter, I have gained valuable experience and have access to an extensive network of selected local partners. This enables me to find an answer to every inquiry - fast, reliable and efficient.

  • How can I book the property management package?

    Just send us your contact details and we will get in touch with you to determine the optimal support package for your property. Have you already decided on us? Then we will arrange an on-site appointment at your property and together we will establish a process protocol for the property management.

  • Is there a minimum term for property management?

    No. It is important to us that you feel comfortable with the contracted service and that it adapts to your way of life.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We always maintain a personal relationship with our customers and offer individual services as required. We will send you a detailed offer and if you accept it, we will send you the invoice, which you can choose to pay by bank transfer or in cash. However, monthly property management packages can also be agreed to pay quarterly, semi-annually or annually.

  • Which areas do you cover? Is my location covered?

    Our company is based in Palma, so we have focused mainly on all areas within a radius of approximately 30 minutes by car. If you live further away, please contact us and we will find together a solution.

  • Are your property management services available for both private and vacation properties?

    We offer property management for both private and holiday properties. We would also be happy to assist you with the check-in/check-out of guests.

  • How much advance notice do you need to organize activities?

    It always depends on the season. In general, of course, the better to inform us as early as possible about a planned activity and hire us. But we also know that the best ideas often arise spontaneously and that's why we have become masters in making possible customer wishes that are actually no longer possible. Just contact us and together we will see how we can create a special experience for you.
