We will gladly take care of everything so that you can enjoy your time on Mallorca from the first minute. Of course, we also take care of the heating / air conditioning of the property in advance.
Cleaning Service
Do you need a qualified service person to take care of the cleaning of the property? We are happy to arrange competent cleaning staff from our contact pool and are there to supervise the work during the settling-in phase.
Meet & Greet service for guests
Have you invited family / friends to your property, but you may not be on the island yourself and still want your guests to be well taken care of? No problem. On request, we will be happy to pick up your guests from the airport, hand over the key to the property and plan the stay with leisure activities. Or do you need a shuttle service from / to the airport yourself?
Grocery shopping
Surprise your friends, family, relatives and guests with a full fridge filled with the best local products of the Balearic Islands. We will customize the contents according to your wishes and price expectations.

Coordination of craftsmen
We are happy to take care together with local workmen, gardeners, etc. that your property is properly maintained in your absence and small repairs are carried out when you are not there. This way you can fully enjoy your property when you are on Mallorca.
